CLP-3 or Lean Nipun certification is the third module focused on creating Lean leaders to drive Lean initiatives in organizations. Lean Nipun also acts as Mentor for the other two certifications. Emphasis here is on ability to identify and drive change initiatives from strategic perspective.

The Focus of Lean Nipun is leading the Lean initiatives across the entire organization and value chain.

Eligibility: Any professional possessing CLP-2 certification and willing to coach and mentor Lean teams in their organization.
